Here’s a story of how innovative ideas can be turned into success…But mind you, there is always risks involved in any undertaking. It is just a matter of doing it and hoping for the best. This is a classic example of that kind of mindset that Pizza Hut had and did…great move indeed!
Here’s an interesting article I came across to prove that there are men that holds a view that death is an annoyance that can be remedied. However, this is what the Bible says that cannot be undermined nor ignored: “And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment…” Hebrews 9:27 ESV
Here’s another example of how God can transform a life after going through a huge firestorm. Indeed, “all things work together for good for those that love God…” Be encouraged as you watch and hear the story of transformation from an episode of a huge backlash…
“Sometimes a breakdown can be the beginning of a kind of breakthrough, a way of living in advance through a trauma that prepares you for a future of radical transformation.” Cherrie Moraga
Here is a story that every Filipino must be proud of. When there was a time and an opportunity to extend a helping hand, the Philippines, through the leadership of Pres. Manuel L. Quezon, did in spite of the opposition to it. To this event as part of Philippine history, I say that I’m very proud to be a Filipino.
Here’s a very interesting billboard to provoke attention to God’s Word and making people to pause and think what it meant….What a great way to highlight what Jesus wanted to say to a city and to all who reads this.
I might be simplistic in my reply but I would answer with trepidation, YES I CAN! However, being in such cramped space, it would eventually take its toll on both parties.
Hmmnnn…this will be a tough situation but with much communication and understanding, I believe it can be done…. Juts take the time to think about it and then ask you spouse or anyone you will bring if given the chance. You might be surprised with their answer..
After reading it, my first impression was “Wow, another great idea?” and “Somebody has thought of this already? While for some it seems surreal yet death is a reality and an inevitable event for all living beings. Even batteries dies… In this case, it can be replaced with a brand new one.
Can life be replaced after it dies??? Hmmnnn….here’s what the Scriptures said: “…And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment…” (Hebrews 9:27 ESV). There are those that does not believe this, but it will not change what the Scriptures said that will occur. One may wait and see but are you willing to take the chance for eternity just because you don’t believe in the afterlife of heaven or hell? As for me, I’ve made my choice and that is to believe in what Jesus said: Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live,
and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?”
(John 11:25-26 ESV).
I will not take the chance but become secure in His promise. How about you???
We are living in a world deeply polarized with many issues and on top of this huge list is about God, His existence, role and value to many. Here’s an article I found that provided me an awareness of what is out there in response to my faith in God. It is filled with the most common challenges that Christian believers must learn to respond biblically and thoughtfully to engage others with love when they are totally on the other side of the debate.
I will post my reply next time on every issues she has raised on her article from what the Bible has to share about each issue. Let it become a great discussion for both sides and it should not become a cause for disputes but to allow an open flow of communication from both sides. God does not need to be defended by anyone but He just needs to be heard from what He said from what was written about Him from the Scriptures.
Some people complain because God puts thorns on roses, while others praise God for putting roses among thorns.
